Course Four in the Series
To many women, epidurals are the "Cadillac" of pain control, and it's one of the first things they ask when they go to the hospital; "When can I get my epidural?" Also, with the rise of induced labors we see a rise in epidural use since an induced labor is much more difficult to cope with.
"If I have an epidural do I need a doula?"
Many women believe that if they have an epidural they have no need for a doula. What they don't understand is that they will need plenty of support throughout labor leading up to the point where an epidural can be placed, and after placement, support is vital and this course will you show how a doula can help.
